You pay one agreed, fixed monthly service amount. Invoices don't itemise salaries, lunch, office costs or internal margins. KAAEW manages resource compensation and internal spending.
Resources sign NDAs and IP assignment agreements before starting work.
All work created specifically for you belongs exclusively to you.
KAAEW and its resources must not reuse, share or disclose your work without written permission.
Pre-existing or third-party materials need your approval and keep their original ownership.
A practical starting point for a client-specific engagement. Everything is confirmed in your engagement schedule and a signed service agreement.
You own technical evaluation, final candidate approval, work allocation, technical supervision and performance feedback. You also provide project access, instructions and a designated contact.
KAAEW manages the agreed office, IT, lunch and team activity services. Work location, equipment, connectivity, security and site safety responsibilities are confirmed in the engagement schedule.
One agreed fixed monthly amount, invoiced at month end and payable on or before the 5th of the following month. No advance payment. Applicable taxes are disclosed separately where required.
Included facilities, devices and activities are confirmed before deployment. Extra services or fee changes require written agreement.
NDAs and IP assignment agreements are signed before work starts, and all client-specific work belongs exclusively to the client. Both parties protect personal and business information.
Non-compete and non-solicitation provisions require agreed scope and legal review.
KAAEW is your HR and administrative point of contact. It coordinates attendance and leave, addresses any concerns you raise, and coordinates office, IT, lunch and team activity arrangements alongside project commitments.
If a resource resigns or is unsuitable, KAAEW coordinates a replacement search and handover on terms and timelines agreed in writing. Every replacement is still subject to your technical interview and approval.
The engagement schedule sets the start date, duration, any probation period and notice requirements. Changes to scope, headcount, charges or location require written agreement.
On exit, both parties coordinate handover, access removal, return of devices, assets and information, and settlement of outstanding charges. Employment status and statutory responsibilities are defined in the final agreement, subject to applicable law.
